Ken is looking for established musicians to help him record songs for soldiers. Two new ones are for soldiers who are getting deployed abroad. A third one is about a Vietnam veteran who died recently and it is written for his family. Ken played the song at his funeral mass the family asked him to record it.
Ken's personal recording of this song will be posted here soon.

The music journey for Ken began a long, long time ago. It actually begins with childhood and being told that he had a great score on his "Seashore test" given in elementary school. He tried piano lessons but did not like the piano teachers. As a teenager, he tried guitar and did not get in with any group to form a band.
In college, he jammed with friends (Dave Nielsen and Paul Harrington) and then later in California, started writing music with his best friend, Phil Williams. Decades went by with no tangible products. Only self-satisfaction and occasional compliments seemed enough. Then, he met Joann, his wife, in 1994 and started writing songs for and about her. She liked them and encouraged him to play more in front of other people. One thing led to another and he began working with two very talented musicians in Dallas, Texas. Now the three are planning upcoming recording sessions.
Ken has had many encounters with many musicians over they years. Some were genuine and helpful and a few were cheap hustlers. Separating fantasy from reality has been a continuous challenge in working with other artists.
The song sample Bridge Between the Nights (c) 2010 is only a very rough draft. Ideas and collaboration are welcome. The whole song playable audio only below:
Note that Once In Every While above is also only a very rough cut.
